I present this “Letter of Voluntary Resignation” to the condition of active and solvent member of the nonprofit institution called “Radio Club Venezolano” in its “National Headquarters” due to the flagrant violation of some of the articles contained in the statutes currently in force of the organization mentioned above, to which I refer as follows: 

1. Violation of the Article 42^nd by the ex-members of the Board of Directors of Radio Club Venezolano, National Headquarters:  Ex-President Domingo Hernandez L. (YV5IZE); Ex-Vice-President Paolo Stradiotto (YV1DIG); Ex-Executive Secretary Haroldo Rodriguez (YV5BD); Ex–Financial Director Francisco Marghella (YV5NSF); Ex–Director of Foreign Affairs Enrique Moreno (YV5NWG); Ex–Director of the Bureau Service Juan M. Hernandez (YV5JBI); Ex–Director of Courses and Special Events Herman Rhode (YV5EWR); in an event illegally held on the eleventh day of the month of February of the current year in the National Headquarters of the institution mentioned above.
2. Violation of Article 3^rd, numerals second (2^nd), third (3^rd), fourth (4^th), fifth (5^th), seventh (7^th), by the colleagues mentioned above (aside/ numeral 1 of this communication).
3. Violation of the Articles 45^th, 51^st, 74^th, 75^th, among others, by the colleagues to whom I refer in the aside (numeral) first (1^st) of this missive.

 To those who think that we were defeated, I want you to know that the only thing that has been lost is the law, plurality, standards, equity (values that I hope to be a fundamental part of RCV National Headquarters again; perhaps in 2021) and the possibility of meeting again under the same roof and with an only aim called “Radio Club Venezolano.”

Convinced that I did all that was in my power to avoid such unprecedented outrage in the history of Radio Club Venezolano as an institution, in the annals of the memoirs of  the Venezuelan ham operation; thanking those colleagues, friends who showed solidarity with their comments in public and notoriously, as well as with their messages sent to my personal email account and who were condescending towards me regarding this topic; respecting but not sharing the adverse comments concerning this topic that were made by colleagues and other members of RCV; hoping that history, our country, and some day when legality and standards prevail in Radio Club Venezolano National Headquarters, this institution demands the active and solvent members their not ensuring that the statutes of RCV were complied; regretting that dissent and alternation are not the main pillars on which the destiny of RCV is based; feeling satisfied and at ease because of expressing and defending my ideas, concepts and arguments written and orally in a pacific and civilized way (unlike others, such as Francisco Marghella-YV5NSF); without any other interest than to contribute to the welfare of the organization, ham operation in general, and the Republic of Venezuela.
